Alisha Schwertner has many roles from being a Product Manager with John Deere, certified crop advisor, chairwomen with the National Young Farmer & Rancher Committee, and mom to her three young boys. Alisha also farms with her husband on their farm in west central Texas. Successful Farming’s Natalina Sents Bausch talks with Alisha about the importance of building up a team and other advice from her experience being a young farmer.
