Farmland Values
High commodity prices and low interest rates helped drive farmland values in Iowa to an average of $11,411 an acre, up 17% from 2021.
In 2021, values had risen 29%, according to Iowa State University’s annual Land Value Survey.

Soy Processing in Indiana
Agriculture commodities trader Bunge Ltd said on Thursday it would invest about $550 million to build a soy protein concentrate facility in Indiana.
This is to cater to a rising demand for plant-based food products and processed meats and will process an additional 4.5 million bushels of soybeans.
